Features
High degree of structural customization: Complex cross-sectional shapes (such as multi-chambers, irregularly shaped stiffeners) can be achieved through mold design. Wall thickness (0.8-5mm), curvature, and surface texture can be customized to meet the differentiated needs of different products in terms of strength, lightweight design, and appearance (such as the curved shell of consumer electronics and the straight-line structure of industrial equipment).
Balance of lightweight design and high strength: The density of aluminum alloy is only 2.7g/cm³, which is 65% lighter than steel for the same volume. However, after T6 heat treatment strengthening, the tensile strength can reach more than 200MPa, suitable for fields such as aerospace and automotive parts that are sensitive to weight.
Rich and beautiful surface treatment: Supports anodizing (forming a 0.02-0.03mm protective film), electrophoretic coating (corrosion resistance level ≥1000 hours of salt spray test), and spraying metallic paint (simulating stainless steel, brass effect). Surface hardness can reach more than 120HV, with anti-fingerprint and scratch resistance.
Production efficiency and cost advantages: A single mold can produce 50-100 million products, suitable for mass production; extrusion speed reaches 5-15m/min, short forming cycle (single-piece processing time <30 seconds), and the mold cost is reduced by 30%-50% compared to die-casting molds, especially suitable for small and medium-batch customized needs.
Applications
Consumer electronics: Laptop shells, mobile phone mid-frames, tablet computer heat dissipation backplates. Utilizing the high thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy (180-230W/m・K) to improve heat dissipation efficiency while meeting the needs of thin and light design.
New energy vehicles: Battery pack shells (protection level IP67), motor controller shells, charging pile shells. Structural optimization improves impact resistance (withstands 1000N point load) and achieves electromagnetic shielding (shielding effectiveness ≥60dB).
Industrial equipment: Protective covers for automated production lines, robot joint shells, and precision instrument frames. Customized sealing grooves, mounting holes, and other structures are adapted to harsh industrial environments (dustproof, waterproof, and vibration-resistant).
Smart home: Smart door lock panels, LED lighting shells, and appliance decorative strips. Anodizing is used to achieve colorful appearances (such as champagne gold, rose gold), and antibacterial coatings are optional (antibacterial rate ≥99%).
