1. High strength and lightweight
Using high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, formed by hot extrusion, lightweight design is achieved while ensuring the bearing capacity of the base. The single point load can reach more than 150 kilograms, meeting the structural safety requirements for long-term use of balcony guardrails.
2. Excellent weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance
The surface of aluminum profiles is treated with anodizing or electrostatic powder spraying, with an oxide film thickness of ≥ 10 μ m, a coating adhesion of level 0, and a salt spray resistance test of over 500 hours. It can effectively resist outdoor environmental erosion such as sun exposure, rain, and humidity, and has a service life of over 20 years.
3. Modular structural design

1. Residential balcony guardrail system
Widely used for the installation of glass guardrails and aluminum alloy guardrails on balconies of high-rise residential buildings, villas, and apartments. The base is fixed to the ground with expansion bolts or embedded steel plates to form a stable guardrail foundation structure.
2. Edge protection for commercial buildings
Suitable for the installation of edge guardrails in public areas such as mall courtyards, hotel terraces, and office sightseeing corridors, meeting the relevant requirements of the "Technical Standard for Building Guardrails" JGJ/T 470-2019, and balancing safety and aesthetics.
