Crafted from 7075 aluminum alloy in a single, extruded form with a reinforced box-shaped cross-section, the track has a rated load capacity of up to 1200kg and a torsional stiffness of 500N·m/°. Track joints utilize a dual-fixture structure of mortise and tenon joints and high-strength bolts, achieving a splicing accuracy tolerance of <0.05mm. The sliders incorporate four rows of ball bearings, distributing the load while reducing friction. Maximum operating noise is ≤65dB.
