1. High precision customization
According to the size, structure, and installation method of photovoltaic modules, different cross-sectional shapes, wall thicknesses, and lengths of frame profiles can be customized. Using precision extrusion molds, the dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within ± 0.1mm to ensure precise matching with laminated components and meet the assembly requirements of various components such as single glass, double glass, and double-sided power generation.
2. High strength and lightweight
6063-T5/T6 aluminum alloy is selected, which has excellent tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation after aging treatment. 1. Ground mounted photovoltaic power station
Customized frames are widely used in large centralized photovoltaic power plants for polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, and heterojunction photovoltaic modules. For different power components (such as 182mm and 210mm large-sized silicon wafers), the frame needs to optimize the cross-sectional strength and wall thickness accordingly to support the wind and snow resistance of larger sized components in outdoor environments.

Distributed photovoltaic projects require higher visual effects and installation convenience for the frame.
