Welcoming Spanish clients to Orange Easy Aluminum for a factory inspection — jointly creating a new blueprint for safe and efficient cooperation
Recently, Shandong Chengyi Aluminum Co., Ltd. welcomed important clients from Spain who traveled a long way. Accompanied by General Manager Wang Guoqing, the clients conducted a full-process audit of the melting, extrusion, spraying, deep processing workshops, and the CNAS laboratory. The slogan "Safety First" was prominently displayed throughout the production site. The intelligent AGV logistics system and fully automatic aging furnace achieved millisecond-level temperature control, earning frequent praise from the clients.
During the audit, both parties conducted random sampling according to the EN 755-9 standard to test the dimensions, film thickness, Vickers hardness, and color difference of the 6063-T5 profiles, achieving a first-pass qualification rate of 100%. Upon learning that Chengyi Aluminum uses 38% photovoltaic green electricity and 100% recycled circulating water, the clients stated, "Your low-carbon indicators have already exceeded the requirements of the EU CBAM draft, providing reliable assurance for our next phase of green projects."
At the symposium, the Foreign Trade Department highlighted the EN 12020-2 high-precision profiles customized for European rail transit: tolerance ≤ ±0.1 mm, bending ≤ 0.3 ‰, weight reduced by 12% compared to conventional products, which have been successfully applied in the renovation project of Madrid Metro Line 3. The clients placed an additional trial order for two 40-foot high-cube containers on-site and invited the Chengyi team to attend the annual supplier conference in Barcelona in October to discuss jointly establishing an overseas joint laboratory.
This factory inspection not only consolidated Chengyi Aluminum's brand position in the high-end market of Southern Europe but also laid a solid foundation for achieving the export target of 150 million yuan in 2026. In the future, Chengyi Aluminum will continue to take safety as the cornerstone and innovation as the driving force, working hand in hand with global partners to build a green value chain in the aluminum industry.
