In 2025, Shandong Chengyi Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced on its official website the launch of a high-performance aluminum profile product specifically developed for helicopter landing pads. Thanks to its excellent wind and seismic resistance and rapid deployment capabilities, it is widely used on the rooftops of high-rise buildings, offshore platforms, and emergency rescue scenarios.

 

According to the official website, this series of aluminum profiles achieves a yield strength of over 200 MPa through alloy composition optimization (such as adding magnesium and silicon elements) and cross-sectional structural design (such as box and I-beam shapes). It can effectively withstand the impact of a level 12 typhoon and absorb seismic energy through elastic deformation in earthquake-prone areas, ensuring structural safety.

Additionally, the aluminum profiles adopt a modular design with standardized interfaces combined with bolts and snap connections to enable rapid assembly. The installation time for a single frame is only one-third that of traditional steel structures. Being lightweight and requiring no large lifting equipment greatly enhances deployment efficiency in emergency scenarios.
