Utilizing a special aluminum alloy formula (nickel added), the system maintains stable mechanical properties within a temperature range of -60°C to 80°C, with no embrittlement at low temperatures. The track lubricant is perfluoropolyether grease, maintaining lubrication even at extreme temperatures. Connecting components utilize low-temperature sealant to prevent condensation.
Applications of Low-Temperature Track System
In cold chain logistics refrigerated warehouses (-30°C), palletizing robots are deployed along the track to stack frozen foods. The track system can operate continuously for 1,000 hours without failure. During liquefied natural gas tank inspections, the system is equipped with explosion-proof robots, traversing the track to withstand low temperatures and perform non-destructive testing of the tank's exterior.
