Applications of Anti-static Cleanroom Track
In the photolithography workshops of semiconductor wafer fabs, transport robots travel along the track, ensuring that silicon wafers are protected from static electricity during transport, reducing wafer scrap rates to 0.02%. In the cleanrooms of biopharmaceutical plants, the track system is used in conjunction with filling robots to perform aseptic vaccine filling. The track system generates no dust and meets FDA certification requirements.
