Characteristics of T-shaped aluminum alloy profiles
Stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity: The T-shaped cross-section consists of a vertical "web" and a horizontal "flange", forming a stable load-bearing structure that can evenly distribute pressure. It has excellent bending resistance and load-bearing capacity, suitable for scenarios requiring both support and connection (such as beams or stiffeners).
Lightweight and high strength: Made of high-quality aluminum alloy (such as 6061, 6063), it combines low density (2.7g/cm³) and high tensile strength (up to 180-310MPa after heat treatment). Compared with steel profiles of the same size, the weight is reduced by more than 50%, while maintaining structural rigidity.
Easy installation and strong versatility: Standardized or customizable T-shaped design supports flexible assembly and is compatible with bolt, rivet, or slot connections; it can be cut, punched, and surface treated (anodizing, spraying, etc.) for secondary processing to adapt to diverse functions and aesthetic needs.
Corrosion-resistant and durable: The aluminum surface naturally forms an oxide film, and after additional treatments such as electrophoresis and powder coating, the corrosion resistance is improved (can withstand ≥500 hours of salt spray test). It is not easy to rust or age, can withstand long-term use in indoor and outdoor environments, and has a service life of 10-20 years.
