Features

Lightweight and High Strength Balance: Using aluminum alloy materials (such as 6061, 6063), the density is only 2.7g/cm³, the weight is more than 60% lighter than steel, and after T5/T6 heat treatment, the tensile strength can reach 180-310MPa, with strong anti-deformation ability, combining lightweight and structural stability.
Efficient Processing and Controllable Cost: The extrusion process is suitable for mass production, single molds can be reused, high production efficiency (extrusion speed 5-20m/min); short mold opening cycle (15-30 days), the cost of small and medium batch customization is lower than die casting or stamping, suitable for multi-specification small batch needs.
Various and Durable Surface Treatments: Supports anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain transfer, etc., surface hardness reaches more than 120HV, corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥500 hours), scratch resistance, and strong weather resistance (-40℃ to 80℃ stable), combining aesthetics and service life (8-15 years).
