Features

Applications
Vehicle Body Structure: Used to manufacture body frames, doors, roofs, and other components, 40% lighter than traditional steel bodies. 6-series aluminum alloy sheets (such as 6014, 6016) are widely used in exterior body panels, while 5-series aluminum alloys are used in structural components and interior panels.
Chassis and Suspension System: Applied to front and rear subframes, control arms, steering knuckles, and other components. Aluminum alloy chassis components can reduce weight, improve suspension response, and enhance driving stability.
Battery System: Aluminum profiles are often used for battery box frames. Aluminum profile liquid cooling plates are used in battery cooling systems.
Interior Trim and Accessories: Used to manufacture instrument panel skeletons, seat frames, luggage racks, etc. For example, aluminum seat slides can reduce weight by 50%.
Aluminum alloy interior trim can achieve an aesthetic effect through surface treatments such as anodizing.
Wheel Hubs: Low-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy wheel hubs are lightweight.
Other Components: Used in heat management components such as radiators, condensers, and air conditioning pipelines. Aluminum parallel flow condensers have 30% higher heat dissipation efficiency than copper. Motor housings often use die-cast aluminum alloy housings.
