Features of Corrosion-Resistant Track
Made of corrosion-resistant 5083 aluminum alloy, the track undergoes a three-layer anti-corrosion treatment (chromate conversion, primer, and fluorocarbon topcoat), offering salt spray resistance of over 1,500 hours. Track gaps are sealed with food-grade silicone, achieving an IP67 waterproof rating and withstanding 80°C hot water washdowns. Ceramic slider bearings prevent metal rust and contamination.
Applications of Corrosion-Resistant Track
In seafood processing lines, sorting robots travel along the track, withstanding high humidity and seawater corrosion, extending equipment maintenance cycles to 18 months. In sterile workshops in the pharmaceutical industry, the track system can be periodically disinfected with cleaning robots, resisting corrosion from acidic and alkaline disinfectants and meeting GMP certification requirements.
