Features
Stable Structure and Strong Adaptability: Custom-molded door shell cross-sections (such as recessed slides, sealing grooves, and frame curves) with customizable wall thickness (1.2-3mm) precisely fit different sliding door sizes (single-leaf width 50-120cm), ensuring tight integration with glass, panels, and other accessories. After installation, there is no shaking, and good sealing (dustproof and soundproof) is achieved.
Lightweight, Durable, and Easy to Maintain: Made of extruded 6063 aluminum alloy, it is lightweight (weight ≤2kg per meter), reducing the load-bearing pressure on the sliding door and extending the service life of the track. The surface is treated with anodizing, electrophoresis, or powder coating, making it corrosion-resistant and scratch-resistant (hardness ≥2H). Daily cleaning only requires wiping with a damp cloth, and it will not discolor or rust after long-term use.
Customization and Functional Integration: Supports custom-designed anti-pinch rounded corners, buffer strip installation slots, magnetic positioning structures, and other details to meet the needs of manual/automatic sliding doors. Colors can be customized (champagne gold, wood grain, black, etc.) to match home or commercial space styles. Mass production and small-batch personalized customization are supported.
